Welcome to the ASEAN Fintech Awards 2026! We look forward to receiving your submissions.

As you prepare for the submissions, please take note on the process highlighted below.

Please be sure to prepare the questions below beforehand into one PDF or DOC. You will be required to upload it to the submission form. Ensure that the file size is less than 20MB.

Submissions close 30 March 2026.

  • What specific need or gap in the market did your initiative address?
  • How does this initiative position your organization competitively in the industry?

Q2: Customer-centricity/ Impact on Customer/ Acquiring new customers

  • What is the adoption rate of your technology among users?
  • What value do users perceive from your technology?
  • Can you provide key performance indicators that show the measurable benefits to users?

Q3: Tell us about your implementation, how did you roll-out new solutions?

  • What new technology or method does your entry introduce?
  • How do you measure and define the success of this implementation in the sector?
  • Can you describe the collaboration with any partners or stakeholders in this project?

Q4: Impact on Organisation

  • What are the key performance indicators that show the impact of this technology on your organization?

Q5: Refreshing Your Existing Solution

  • What are the immediate and future plans to future-proof and refresh your existing solution stack?
