Mayang is a Chief Strategy Officer Prudential Syariah. In her role, she lead Strategy & Project Management Office and responsible for Prudential Syariah’s company strategy and performance.  She is a finance professional with 17+ years of core competencies including Treasury, Corporate Finance, Capital Structure, Balance Sheet and Liquidity Management, Valuation. Most recently, she served as the Finance Director at PT Bank Aladin Syariah in Jakarta (2021–2024). Prior to that, she held the role of Head of Global Markets Product Control at PT Bank HSBC Indonesia (2011–2021), overseeing P&L and financial performance while driving various regulatory and transformation projects. She also has valuable experience from her tenure at Credit Suisse in Singapore (2006–2010) and London (2007), where she led key initiatives in Product Control for Equity Derivatives and Emerging Markets.
